POSITION OBJECTIVES: Prepare pump units to be painted, re-assemble units, assist painting units, and prepare pump units for shipment.

Follow instructions from Supervisors and Painters. Wash, sand and prep frames. Clean frames, prep engines and units for painting. After unit is painted, wire trailer lights, reinstall all components which were removed, apply the appropriate labels, decals and nameplates. Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED Trade school graduate preferred Basic math skills. Proficient in the use of hand tools and measuring devices. Must be able to read and understand Thompson Pump & Manufacturing Co., Inc. Employee Handbook. Entry Level – Training Provided Equal Opportunity Employer
