So we just survived our most harrowing experience so far... GROCERY SHOPPING

When you think, "I'll have to expect things to be different, it's a different country" thats an understatement! NOTHING I repeat NOTHING in any grocery store is what/where/named what is should/was back home... the result? Wandering around like a conspicuous foreign dolt with an empty shopping basket for what could only be called hours before grabing a small carton of milk (not labled as to %, just ambiguous random colored caps) and getting scolded by the cashier for not knowing they "don't have baggers in Edinburgh shops" and that its customary to bring yor own bags... FISH & CHIPS IT IS THEN!

The plus side is that everything since has seemed like an easy second! Haha, it's not that bad really, just alot of "new" in a small span of time. We are getting better at this day by day, and tomorrow we brave the next frontier... the Lothian Bus system!!
