Hello!
We are still waiting on Irma, she spent more time with Ft. Myers then we thought (we aren't jealous though) looks like we will be getting blustered about through the night, we are getting off a little easier than we thought so that's a plus. We'll see tomorrow. Our county is under a curfew from 7pm tonight until noon tomorrow so we have a long night ahead. It's been really nice to hear all our friends near and far check in to make sure we're ok, thanks! :)
We are safe in land a little bit (to avoid flooding and because we live beachside, and technically on an island so we got hit with a mandatory evacuation order) we got one of the last hotel rooms and they are nice enough to welcome out fluffy ones too.
We have been watching movies and Law & Order until the power inevitably goes out and keeping cool. You never realize how much you love AC until you live without it during a hurricane, trust us.
