Today we went to what will be Lili's home campus "Merchiston" to complete her "matriculation" process. Because she is an International student a secondary immigration orientation process is required, once they were satisfied Lili hadn't smuggled herself into the country she was issued her student ID and officially registered for class!

Merchiston Campus has a beautiful view, which will make the 4 flights of stairs Lili is going to have to climb each day much more bearable. The main building is built around a 14th century tower and is an easy 10min walk from our flat so we got VERY lucky! Lili's classes start Thursday so let the games begin!

On a lesser note last night we watched Jamie Oliver's "Comfort Foods" and he taught us how to make the ultimate grilled cheese so TADA!!! Good news - he wasn't lying! yummy!! We are lucky enough to live less then a block from a French Boulangerie which bakes fresh bread twice a day! Bring on the cheese sandwiches - or as they say here "Toasties" :)

More Soon!
