Prep-time!

Hello all!

We are busy getting ready for the most important holiday in Scottish history... Thanksgiving!! Wait. no... they have no clue why we celebrate turkeys in the USA, and why we do so by eating them but they are more then happy to chow down with those of us ex-pats celebrating from afar.

We are co-hosting a mini thanksgiving dinner with our fellow American/part American students Stevie & Amanda. Our contribution is the desserts!

Because Lili has a big presentation in class tomorrow (I know right? Who has class on Thanksgiving?) we decided to do as much night before baking as possible to make the load lighter tomorrow.

Our menu, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate angel pie & Angel food cake! Andrew has his work cut out for him seeing as Lili has no electric mixer and is making merangue.... what a hero!

The best app we have on Lili's phone is our converter app! It's making baking waaaaay easier!
