Wet wanderings

Hello all!!

Today we celebrated Lili being out of school for Christmas break by taking a liesurely walk in the sunny... rain... eh- Audry was all pent up and needed a good run about!

To say it was soggy was an understatement, but we bundled up and put our wellies on and headed out.

Although overcast there was still some beautiful light in the forrest and Audry enjoyed chasing the squirrels around in the brush.

We took the longer path and enjoyed the views, not so much the gale winds but the view yes.

We made it to the top around the time the sun was setting so we got to see some beautiful rays.

Audry made friends of a peppy jack russel and a sweet but skeptical schnauzer. She's been missing the "pack" mentality of flagler beach, the city is a bit distant for her we think but she is still liking it.

After making her mark and sniffing all the great scents Audry relented and allowed us to begin the trek home to dry off!
