Hello jinglebellers!
Today is the eve of Christmas and we are all sorts of excited about the big day! Today weather wise has been a wash out so the daylight hours were spent watching Christmas specials and cuddling on the sofa. The evening however was full of preparations for midnight mass.

The local catholic church St. Peters is only a few blocks away so we decided to brave the rain and ice warnings (after the ice warning was announced Lili ditched the heels) and head out to the midnight carol service. It's amazing how quiet and deserted the streets are at 11:00 at night! But all bundled up, and with a rather brisk tail wind helping us along we made our way.

St. Peters is a beautiful church, the wooden ceiling and grand artworks highlight the extreemly high archways!

Even the bathrooms look impressive!

We had a good time wearing our Christmas best, Lili with her new Mickey & Minnie tights and Andrew in his new Christmas jumper we made quite the dapper pair!

Once home we calmed down a rather hyper and bewildered beagle (not used to us leaving for 2 hours at 11pm) watched Mickey's Christmas Carol and set off to dream land.

Merry Almost Christmas!!
More Soon!
