Hello All!

Lili has been working hard on her project, and recently we went into the prototyping lab in order to give her a chance to practice using the equipment, namely the laser cutter and the vinyl cutter.

She made a test ingraving of some of her mapping work on 6mm plexi, this one is a digital map of Lili's aunt Linda's social media interaction. Fun huh?? We think it came out really well, hopefully she will apply this technique to the creation of some jewelery pieces later.

She also tested out using the laser to cut lettering files she created on Illustraitor, hot pink plexi only made it more fun!

Finally Lili got to practice using the die-cutter vinyl printer! Hello free bumper stickers!? More importantly she will be using this when she puts her exhibition together, wall decals with piece descriptions specifically.

Other then that all has been calm work days. We got to go out and play in a bit of snow which was always fun, especially when you don't have to drive/plow/shovel it!
