Hello all!
We have been wicked busy hanging art, and getting everything ready for Lili's presentation of her final project. Most of it is done, and nothing was happening today, so after the rainy morning we took a walk.

Yes, it was up Craiglockhart, again, but being close in case more rain swooped in and not as tall as the others to keep the wind down, we went for it. The sun came out while we were headed out, and though we encountered some sun showers, it was not enough to turn us back.

As we approached the hill top the wind picked up dramatically. Though far from the worst wind we have encountered here is Scotland, it was just enough to be unpleasant. Audry and Andrew hammed it up for Lili because of the beautiful blue sky that appears after rain moves through.

On the way home we had the most random of encounters. The train tracks we cross over had a random steam train just sitting on them under the pedestrian bridge. No person in sight, full of coal and pulling one carraige, there was quite a crowd, and even the workers wearing safety vests seemed to have no idea what to do. After that, it was home and tea.

More soon!
