Hello all!
Today we decided to take advantage of free movies in the park out here in Edinburgh. Every year during the film festival they bring in a big screen and great sound system to play some movies for everyone to come out and enjoy. Tonight was Guardians of the Galaxy followed up by Raiders of the Lost Ark. Lili fried up some chicken, southern style, and off we went to watch some movies and eat some food.
People were all sitting on the grass, enjoying the end of Flash Gordon as we arrived. The day was nice and clouds were slowly moving in, but it was still pleasent out. Guardians soon started up and off we were into the Marvel universe.
For those who haven't seen it, you should. No spoilers so just go see the movie. We enjoyed the film, but about 30 min into it the wind picked up and became cold, the temperature dropped about 20 degrees and we all started huddling together for warmth. As the movie came to a close, a decision was made, Raiders would have to wait till we get to Florida and can project it in the backyeard when it is warmer.
Home it was to meet a still sleepy beagle and some ice cream.
